CSS questions.
New to CSS.Have a few questions.
Are weapons permanent?
I hear ppl say you earn money in rounds or something.How does that work?
I am an ak and aug user in CF.How do those guns compare to css ones?
What would be a good beginner gun?
Is there an weapons/item shop?
Is it a burst/single shot>spray,like in CF?

there's these called eco rounds where you kill people and win and you get money as you play along., you start out with a glock. depends what kind of modded server you play on, some give you weapons to start etc and let you choose. Gun style is different from Cf, depends really on you, id recommend M4, it's a good gun for all starters in almost every game.

... CSS isn't an mmo meaning that you don't level up.
there are servers you can choose from but every one of them can have different settings, either with higher gravity, superjump or some strange leveling system. Each round that you play, you earn money, and everytime a new round starts, you can buy a new gun, they're temporary and only last until you leave this server. they won't be saved if you enter another one. -

So do we keep the guns we get in the game?Or it all depends on the server? -

yes there is also an item shop, thanks myawm, i almost forgot, you can hook up your solider with some sweet gear, even a pink hat, some different type of nades also, kinda like cf when it comes to gear, this patch they had spring grenades. flowers come out. its pretty sick, but you need Steam currency.
as for type of shooting
depends really on the gun and how good you are. -

Spraying is good if you know the recoil pattern, and only when firing at middle to close range targets. For example, lets say the AK47's spray goes up and to the left (i'm pretty sure that's the recoil pattern, but i haven't played in a while), then you'd start spraying but gradually move your mouse down to oppose the recoil to make the bullets shoot in the spot where you started and then move to the right to counter the move to the left.
as for long range, 1 - 3 shot bursts work best for an ak, while m4 has little recoil so u might find urself hs'ing ppl across the map with like 5 shot bursts if u can aim.
BEST GUNS:
AK47 (CV47 or something in cs 1.6)
M4A1 (U can put a silencer on it by right clicking at any time during the game)
AWP (equivalent to AWM in CF)
