Failing to connect server

Yes, I'm reposting this again, cause its been a week now and I have tried alot
Nor can I get a decent response from a ticket.
No offence

Everytime I start up, everything loads properly and then when the log in screen appears I get a message regarding 'Failed to connect to server'.
I get this everytime
I used different installs
Firewall off
Port opened
ect...

What to do now?

OS: Windows XP Professional Version 2002 service pack 2
VS : AVG Free 8.5

where are te forum mods and te game mods to answer to questions????????

ill see 500 questions how are not answerd or even solved :S

il have te same problem, the game loads, i log in the log in screen frezes for 20 sec then te channel schreen comes up, but my mous frezes for 20 sec and then the game gives the error (disconnected from sever)

ill think and ill speak for half of the gamers that the mods must answer the questions how are asked
