New GhostMode!

I would like to propose a new solution for GhostMode mode.
Many players after a round or two is thrown out of the room because they like the use of hacks and really are just good. Such people playing for 4-5h are suddenly able to play full matches 3-4. It is ridiculous that a player could not play peacefully. It is therefore proposed to create a new or change existing GhostMode mode so that it was not in the possible to kicking out best player. And put option instead of reporting a hacker or something like that.
I am writing this proposal because I have had enough of being kicking from the server just because I play better than others (I play as the Global Risk) and I would finally be able to quietly play with other players with no fears that, as one more kill the ghost of this I'll be gone from the room. I have my own tactics, and thanks to them I am able to always include the ACE, but within a month I managed to finish just over 50 games GhostMode!
I know that the option of opening a server specifically for this mode is impossible, so knows may instead an additional mode (room type) GM's Elite? With the same rules as normal but without the possibility of ejection. But it is the option of automatically disconnecting players with high ping. As if it worked on all servers it would be fair because of this I have a great ping to another server a little.

Ask you to reconsider my proposal and to allow us (good players to GM) the possibility of peaceful development and stress-free fun in this great mode of play.
