MFC Application

As you can see, I had to reformat my PC. After installing all my drivers, I downloaded CF again; however I get this error for some odd reason. I downloaded the last version which is 1044 and 1043 (Just in case if the version wasn't corrupted) but I still get the same error. I have no AV protection atm and I don't really see what's wrong with my PC, since I did a fresh install.

Feedback would be apreciated.
