Socket Error W200 L10053

Hi

i have the problem that many other people have.
When i open crossfire the hgw game watcher load the programm and stop bei step 6
after a few minutes the message : Socket error W200 L10053 open
So i can't play crossfire
can you say me what i have to do ??

sorry for my bad englisch i am from germany
mayby can someone explane it to me in englisch

Do you have Internet Explorer 8 installed at this time? If yes, uninstall it and go back to version 7 or 6. Theres a problem with IE8 and HGW.

since new patch ive been having this problem.

And no i use firefox not internet explore so thats not the problem
