Forgotten Security Answer

Hey there

So I'm playing crossfire since a while, now I made a clan, and I want to disband it. They're asking me for my Security Question's answer. I've looked everywhere on the forums and it said to send a message to admins, I did, and they replied :

Dear player,

We have added the feature "LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer" on the top of our homepage which can be used to get back your information. Please try that and get in contact with us for further assistance if you still have problem.

I've checked everywhere and I cant find that feature.
