Hello,
I want to change my e-mail.
But i dont know my secruity question.
So my ask to the GM..can we change my secruity question or my second problem is i will go out out a clan(Im leader and all member are out!) but i dont know my question..so can you remov the clan?

as long as you can prove ownership of your account they should tell you your security question or reset it so you can set a new one

you can either ask them to reset it so when you log in after the reset you will have to set a new one not sure if they actually will reset it but they should definitely tell you your security answer i would suggest writing it down on a piece of paper and hide it if anyone else in your family plays cf incase you forget it again and have to go through the trouble of a support ticket again

I dont know whether i found my secru. question or a admin have reset my secru. quest but i have delete my clan =D with my secru. question and thank you for help me!
