look up at the left hand side of your screen and go to user cp which means [ control panel ] then after redirecting to the user control panel page look along the left side and find the option , Edit Options , scroll down some then checkmark the box next to enable private messaging

p.s. if this doesnt help i also noticed that you are new to the forums so must be new to z8games meaning your verification process might have not went through yet in which its not allowing you to private message and use some of the other options that forum members can use until your accounts verified
