If you're gonna get 4GB RAM, make sure you et 32-bit Windows, not 64-bit.
If you have 4GB ram you have to use a 64bit system, in 32 bits the system only uses 3.25GB. -

The 64bit can run up to 128GB ram (vista ultimate and seven), the server editions can run even more. -
I've got a ASUS K60. It does really well on Crossfire. Hold a good 60-90 Fps and it's a 64 bit system. It has a Pentium Dual Core processor, 2.2 ghz, and a 4 gb hard drive. It hasn't failed me yet so I would recommend this if you wanted a laptop.
P.S. It won't be able to play high-end graphic games. It uses an Intel graphics Family chip set. -

Nobody needs that much RAM xD
I had Windows XP Diamond in one laptop, and I ran that up to 8GB RAM, I couldn't really see myself ever needing more than that though
RAM isn't too important on this game though, neither's the graphics card. Pretty much anything can run this piece of crap game lol.

I already try to run this game with 256MB ram in a virtual machine and i was with a average of 60-80 fps. -
You should be alright ^^
I myself am running on a 2006 Toshiba Centrino Duo 2 1.60ghz, 1gb ram, ATI 512mb, with a busted fan =D.
And I still manage to get a constant 50fps (enough to play), altho i sometimes do tend to spike due to my wireless =3.
But if you really want something to game, buy a desktop ^^. -

64bit ram halved? where do you get these ideas from? link please. also, who put the trend to only give the memory the graphics ship has here? i want the name of the chip, the memory means nothing
