i was just wondering how you get the character with the ear muffs or whatever i don't think they sell it ? well juss wondering ?

You get to choose type of char when you first make an account, either omoh, swat, or sas. Not sure what one you're talking about.

im thinking swat.
you cant buy any "earmuff" type item that i know of. probably helmets that come with communication headfones, idk i don't spend time looking lol.
