How to report a hacker

How do you?

I know theres is a stick thread about it, but i guess an image is worth more than a thousand words. And if i gonna get banned for this, i really dont care. I really enjoy the game, but sometimes i hate it because of the hackers or the people who abuse of bugs.

So, guys please help me to upload images and report hacker or people who abuse of bugs.....
