Yeah, I dont even care about YOUR knowledge about guns, we're in the wrong forum to discuss that. All I know is that the m16 I was shooting from back then was NOT automatic. And I dont see your point of telling me what the m16 was designed for, it still missed its purpose back then in vietnam...

I can imagine the Glock having super recoil, since it has absolutely no recoil-reduction mechanisms and all energy just goes back into the shooter. But that doesnt matter, since CF is not real life. In CF ( and many, many other shooters that don't hardly try to be realistic ) recoil isnt hard to master. I just dont think CF crew is going to make huge changes when designing an auto glock.

In case theres going to be an autoglock, people would just pick it as the first choice then. 20 bullets, full auto + running faster is a good deal.

What I like about CF is that all the guns are pretty balanced, you need to watch your type of gaming and pick the best gun for you. ( proof - threads always discussing about the correct gunpick ) There is just no THE rifle you should pick or THE pistol you should pick and making the glock auto would change that.

lol, i seriously doubt the glock being automatic could top the desert eagle at all. it takes two shots to kill usually with a D.E. making it the most superior pistol overall in range, accuracy and power. Even with its fully automatic capabilities it probably still wouldn't beat the Deagle, especially not at long range. It still can't kill in 1 hit with a headshot where all but the m9 in pistols can. Sure, it'd be the sprayer pistol, doesn't necessarily mean it'd be any better because of such. And when you say recoil isn't hard to master, then why aren't you bashing people who use the Kriss? Tommy's? Their fully auto and surpreme accuracy is easily handled by the pros. you'll get that issue everywhere, so its an invalid point for any gun.

The company's founder, engineer Gaston Glock, had no experience with firearms design or manufacture at the time their first pistol, the Glock 17, was being prototyped. Glock did however have extensive experience in advanced synthetic polymers, knowledge which was instrumental in the company's design of the first successful line of pistols with a polymer frame.

The Glock 18 is a selective fire variant of the Glock 17, developed at the request of the Austrian counter-terrorist unit EKO Cobra. This machine pistol-class firearm has a lever-type fire-control selector switch, installed on the left side of the slide, in the rear, serrated portion (selector lever in the bottom position—continuous fire, top setting—single fire). The firearm is typically used with an extended 33-round capacity magazine, although other magazines from the Glock 17 will also function, with available capacities of 10, 17, or 19 rounds... The rate of fire in fully automatic mode is approximately 1,100–1,200 rounds per minute.

The Glock 18 is, in fact, capable of being fully automatic. Here's a video of it being shot for more proof:

It has about the same rate of fire of a Mini-Uzi with the same ammo type (9mm), and in Crossfire it has only 20 ammo. And we all know the Uzi is arguably the weakest primary in the game, so throw in a 2/3 mag and it still wouldn't come close to beating out the Deagle or Anaconda for firepower at any range.
