i didnt know that was a glitch. i thought if u go to the smoke they can see u and u can see them lol

Not bannable, but it IS considered a glitch and should go under that definition in competitive play, ie your ban is just.

So in pubs this doesn't apply. I am seeing mixed veiws about it. If this is as bad as box glitching why don't they in the next patch deal with this, instead of giving us SPOP accessories.

lol, your gona talk to kevin about getting someones admin taken away cause they abused it....

It isn't bannable per se, but it is as with every glitch judged case to case - someone doing it for a full match is running a higher risk of getting a 3 day ban then someone doing it occasionally.
Mainly because its not nearly as bad as boxglitching for example, as you're leaving yourself very much exposed, and its really not very efficient.

Content added seems irrelevant but the ingratitude is nice.

can they see in - no
can you be shot - yes

smoke glitching:
can you see out - yes
can they see in - no unless your a spop but even then only your hair shows up
can you be shot - yes
