Crossfire Mutation Madness

Hi.
Well, you all know about the new contest for video called Mutant Madness. Well, Im going to make a video, but I want to edit it a bit. Would you know any programs for editing that are really good,. like that u can make video go fast and then really slow etc. For recording I use fraps and I think It is a good program.
