Patcher won't finish, stops at 99 or doesn't start at all

I reinstalled, now it won't download, the patcher comes up and it doesn't do anything. My antivirus has allowed everything to do with CF, I even disabled it and restarted my computer. What do I do? So is anybody going to help? Or am I just supposed to move on to a new game because I can't play. I sent a ticket about 6 hours ago, no answer. PM'd a GM about 6 hours ago, no answer. Tried patching in safe mode/safe mode with networking, didn't work. Reinstalled from every single mirror including utorrent, didn't work. Allowed CF_Patcher and every CF related process in my norton firewall, didn't work. Turned off firewall/auto protect, didn't work. What the hell do I do? My patcher stays at the stage "verifing". Before it would go to 99 and then just stop responding. Sometimes it doesn't appear at all but it's in my process list so I have to end the process. Earlier today it patched to 100% but then nothing appeared but CF_Patcher was in my process list again. Please help, maybe upload your Z8games directory or SOMETHING, ANYTHING, I haven't been able to play for the past two days and I'm starting to get impatient. Maybe if a GM could release a manual patch, is it really hard to upload a manual patch? It's like 4mb. PLEASE HELP!
