Account stolen and no help from support or GM's

basically an account of mine got stolen. how i dont know, i went to the link forgot password/lost account put in the email registered under the account and it said the email was sent and id recieve it momentarily but i never recieve the email, and i tried on a differant email (an aol email) and it didnt work either. but it works fine with the yahoo email. ive sent 2 gm's pm's and used the support section as well and havent recieved and answer and its been 2 days. any suggestions, i have any information needed to recover the account.
