Yes hello my name is killerkyle55 and i have currently bought 10,000 zp and yet not to revieve this and i have sent a report slip and nothing came back i am ready to never spend my money on z8 ever agian,i spend over 300$ a year and this will stop if i do not recieve my moneys worth back thanks hope you can help me.

ya really wats up with all these zp probablems? unless u did this on some other web site this should not be happening. GMs U NEED TO HELP THESE PEOPLE INCLUDING ME. MY ACCOUNT WAS STOLEN AND IVE BEEN POSTING ALL DAY AND GOTEN NOTHING. i had spent 80 zp on that account too... its username was snapshotz and nickname was *snap*shot*

yes but i bought on z8 when i have currently recieved my money on friday at mid night and the 9 dollars came out of my bank account but i bought it with click and buy i dont know why i did not recieve this

sometimes it takes one business day to receive it.
I've got the same situation, don't worry.

Later if not, just report to your bank and get the money back.

You will receive your ZP once Z8games receive the money. It might take longer depending on what you use to buy ZP.

Public raging about your ZP problems will not get you any closer to receiving it. Keep to the Support ticket/PM system. If you don't get a reply on the ticket, PM a GM or MOD. Coming on to the forums has absolutely no purpose. No disrespect intended, but it just makes more headache for the already overloaded staff.

Guys, if you have problems send a support ticket, don't come running to the forumers, we usually can't do anything.
