Failing again and again and again...

Everytime I start up, everything loads properly and then when the log in screen appears I get a message regarding 'Failed to connect to server'.
I get this everytime
I used different installs
Firewall off
Port opened
ect...

What to do now?

OS: Windows XP Professional Version 2002 service pack 2
VS : AVG Free 8.5

The servers seem to be running fine. We'll see if there are any additional problems on our end.

Altough I reinstalled and redownload it a couple of times

Did you delete the folder in Program files when you uninstalled?

It doesnt let me delete it though, I chose another installation location
CF_G4box doesnt want to go away.

Deleted everything now, reinstalled
Still the same error.
