ZP Crates failing to function

It was a typical night for me as I decided to log into CF and spend some 4k ZP on some crates, so I bought them and saved them for later.

I then later wanted to open them but couldn't. The spin button wound up to the maximum wind-up on its own. I then clicked 'Move to Inventory' and noticed the Crates haven't picked any random items for me.

Anyone else having this problem?

(P.S. If I have bought them and opened them straight on, I would've been literally pwned by the Black Market).
