Name Change Issues

If you are trying to change your name to something you owned previous the name change will likely fail.
This is a database quirk that we can not get around.
However we can change the name manually.
You will need to still purchase the name change card as normal. Attempt to change your name and if you get an error message please contact support.

Yes, if the name change doesn't work properly they will either try to figure out what happened so you can change it. Or they will change it for you if you have the name card.
The error message has also been updated to reflect this information.
