How much fps will i get with this?

Very high, especially for a game that requires low-graphic card . It might be able to run COD series, possibly 4.

One of my friends showed me it, and its not that expensive for a really good gaming comp. Mine right now i get like 20. However in 1 pub someone told me that 500+fps is lag

Well my spare laptop runs CoD4 no problems, so this shouldn't be too bad, the only thing that lets it down is the processor, but if it's 'Turbo Boosted', Crysis should get a moderate FPS with that

I am gonna guess 180-210 on highest with 1024x768 for the first comp.
I get like 80-100 on highest with those setting and I got quad core 2.8ghz with an hd4200.
And I run music and sometimes record.
So my cpu for the fps part is maxed and is then dependent on vid card and your 8mb cache is hella fast. And the graphics card is pwnage. Same with 6g ddr3 ram.
