MM = No desertion

I was thinking since MM is mostly a fun mode, and almost impossible to go negative in, you should not get desertions or a "penalty" for leaving. I mean what bad does it do if you DO leave? You aren't breaking your guns in the first place, there is no set teams, like i said before it is just for fun.
