Sometrics and TokenAds - ridiculous.

This is ridiculous, I have completed 4 mobile offers from both, kept all the needed information in case I didn't recieve my zp, completed all the steps required, after I didn't recieve my zp, 1 day later, I contacted the support and provided them with all the information they could possibly need. On the TokenAds, beside the offer, it says completed but I still did not recieve my zp. Is that some kind of error?? =.=

WHAT'S WITH THE SUPPORT SYSTEM!!!???

They DO NOT ANSWER. I tried to report the problem about 10 times now!! And they did not either give me zp or contact me in any way. This is ridiculous, I have actually spent money on the mobile surveys and even though I did EVERYTHING I needed and kept ALL the info I recieved, both of these surveys never rewarded me. I've been waiting for like 1 and a half weeks for the Sometrics rewards and about 6 days for TokenAds.

Can anyone possibly help me out here? Or could a GM contact the admins or the support from the sites? Or has anyone had these issues with mobile surveys from these two providers? Because this is unbelievable, and Its not my phone or anything cuz SuperRewards already rewarded me a number of times after a completion of the mobile surveys.

Can a mod or GM possibly contact them asking if they have a problem with the support system??? They never emailed me or anything.

Here is the offers I've been trying to do:

Hello SZYMEN,

I am a representative from Sometrics and I wanted to help you claim your zp. Each time you report an offer we send you an email(be sure to check your spam folder just in case). All you need to do is reply to that email and include any evidence showing that you completed the offer.

Also, we have a live chat support room where we can help you in real time. To access that room report any offer. You will then need to click on the button labeled "Questions" on the bottom of the email submit form.

I actually did the same today for Sometric and I got all my ZP. (23 000ZP)
As for Token ADS, I wish they had more because I made about 49 000ZP with them, thank you! lol

I made about 330 000ZP total with these earn free zp thing.

I dont know why you are not getting your ZP seriously because it works perfect but.. when you click on VIEW OFFER, what is the status of your survey/mobile ?

Live chat is never on... and I already replied to the email and I never received anything back...

Am i just really unlucky? =.= honestly. the status of my offers is completed.. all of them but i never got my zp.

Oh.. so if the status is completed you should have received them.. weird.
I received them all today (i took about 4-5 mobile things of 8000zp+) now lets go playing to get my AK-47 Scope!!! ahha

ur making me jelous... lately i havent been able to complete ANY offers cuz i don't get any of the rewards. idk what's happening!! :[
