buying ZP with mobile in Croatia

first my friend try to buy ZP with mobilephone, he paid 6.10 KN, and ofc. didn't get anyithing, we thought that some error happened so we tried again ...we buy again and didn't get it, he lost 12.20 kn (something like 2 $) ...that was three weeks ago.

today I tried to buy ZP with mobile, I paid and didnt get anything :

on the picture u can see that money I paid won't be taken from my mobile(that is wrote on Cro. language), but it was taken ...

we spent 18.30 KN and we didn't get anything ...

ok guys, you had a 3 weeks to fix this problem but u didn't ...people are paying to get ZP but noone didn't get anything at least not in Croatia ...fix this or move this buying option !
