Ubuntu Install

Hello, I am redoing my computer and I am wondering if there is a linux, specifically Ubuntu, version of Crossfire or if this program will run with Wine fine.

Feel free to delete this mods, I just did a search and found that xtrap will not work under Ubuntu which sucks but oh well.

If you have enough disk space why not just dual boot the system? If you choose the install option from an Ubuntu LiveCD you will have the option to shrink an existing partition on your hard drive without losing any data. After that you can create a new partition in the unallocated space and install ubuntu to that.

Well there is a way to run almost any windows application in Wine but it requires you to have a valid copy of Windows XP (Most Compatible), a lot of time and patience and also a good knowledge of sudo programming. (It has to do with copying DLL's and Binary's from the Windows Installation.) Alternatively you could install VirtualBox on Ubuntu and Install Windows using VirtualBox.

You can use Wine by you have to bypass HGWC but that isn't allowed
