Is Tar-21 a noob gun or no?
What are your opinions?
I don't think so, just because it's a high rank item. One of the many problems with Scar Light is that it's too easy to obain for low-ranks 'cause it's in too many black market GP crates. Tar's in none of them, so the player has to work hard for it. I hear some people hate it, and want to sell it, which only points out that the gun has weaknesses. I don't see anybody hating Scar Light to the point of wanting to sell it. They all say SL is a noob gun but 99% of those who say that has a damn SL in their inventory anyway (LOL).

Tar21 is as accurate or more so then the m4a1-cus when scoped. And out of scope it's got a VERY fast ROF. Tis a good gun. -
the tar-21 isn't cheap. to me it's like someone felt like slapping together an m4 and an ak. it's recoil is what keeps this gun not cheap, like the ak.
the m12s of the other hand....is in need of some serious debuffing. i'm on the verge of selling mine b/c it's so rediculously over-powered. I'm ashamed to say i own this gun. -

-ROF almost like an UZI
-No recoil AT ALL in the first 6 shots
-Reload speed of an mp5
-Able to use long range due to its anti recoilless.
What more can i say? -

Fail. You prob love using the gun but just saying that to act pro or cool. -
well, i guess i can't really prove you wrong. if you feel the necessity to believe i use the m12s and to convince others aswell, i can't really stop you.
all i can do is say i don't use it and hope there's someone who is trusting enough to take my word for it. also, i do hope you realize that that post was completely irrelevant and didn't contribute to this thread in any way shape or form. the same can be said for this one, but i felt a retort to that comment was necessary. my apologies to those who believe otherwise -

well yeah a bunch who say SL is noob, have one, but dont use it....
i absolutely hate sl's too but i have one, its been sitting in my inventory for 3 months untouched... so...
and tar21 isnt noob, the recoil might be low on first few shots, but it doesnt have massive dmg, and its wierd spray and slow reload evens it out -
Well the thing about the Tar-21 is that it's more of a Mid-range assult rifle and not really that great for long range. The thing with it is that it might have been nerfed, like from the start (REALLY NOT SURE). Cause from my experience in the other versions of crossfire, the Tar-21 is better in terms of spray pattern and just basic usage, but the ammo is 30/60. So, ours could have been changed and we just got an extra clip. Sorry for going off topic, but anyways I would say it's a noob gun, as I think that there are other weapons that are easier to use.

As for SL, I'd sell it if I get more than 15k. 15k is like M9 money.
