Anyway, crouch and jump whilst holding S to bunny backward once. After that, just before you land, press spacebar again whilst still holding S. If done correctly, you should go backward faster and stay invisible, and after 2/3 of these you'll be bunnying at full speed. If you jump after landing, you won't go fast, and will probably become visible. Just practice this and you should get the hang of it. Also, after reaching full speed you can let go of S, and keep jumping at the right time and you'll stay at the same speed. You can turn around at this point.

Technically, bunny hopping is just a variation of double jumping.

You just need to crouch on GM to get invisible.
I do bunny hopping without crouching on S&D.
