Been there. I have a 3 years younger sister.
Even though i did smoke and drink back then. I just told her that i she wants to drink, or smoke. She will have to get her own alcohol and cigs w/o my help.
And a few weeks later she asked me again offering me a certain amount of money to get the beer. Guess what happened lolz.
