hey guys i have a problem with a programme who steals accounts
his id in z8games is:max2323
and my another id which is stolen by him has an id:stavros1968
in game name is:]-VIRUS-[ he have change it to this one
and the password is changed too but idk what is it
he had changed my registered email idk how cause he don't know the secret word
if you don't beleave me you can ask my old clan mates from clan: ABYSSUS
my last name was djibrilcisse

That's why you don't download any illegal program, kind of obvious there is no rank changer since no one is beating Adiga's rank in one day.

Anyways, send in a support ticket or send a private message to [GM]Saidin.

Send a support ticket to the provided link. Posting the accused persons name in public is prohibited. Also, downloading a "rank changer" to raise your rank will only cause the loss of your account, and you can give free ZP so giving someone your account info. is also prohibited. If you gave someone your account info. for "free ZP" I don't think you'll be getting it back.
Good luck though, your gonna need it.

As several people have said so far, your only option is to send a support ticket. Account security is the responsibility of the account owner. If you don't give out your information or download questionable programs, you won't have to worry about it. Z8 is not obligated to restore your account.
