Open Bag while Runing around?

I wish Z8 games would make a bag so that you can open it up at anytime, Example: You see a sniper in the long run and you have a shotgun OMG?! What I do! Oh wait I have a bag I can open up at anytime!!! WOW Ok so...I pull my sniper out! and BOOMHEADSHOT!!! Woot thanks for the bag that can open up at anytime! I think it would be cool.

P.S If they did make this I bit you it would be a ZP item xD

I've always wanted this, cos sometimes in Monaco, you need to check if there's enemies near base, take em out, then you're stuck with AK or w/e, when you really wanna start pickin em off on the other side of the map.
