Looking for a clan.

I am looking for a good clan that is very active and not over crowded with like 80 members i want a clan that is active and has a maximum members of like 25 I listen to strats know the maps and have pretty decent game sense. I am only 14 years old but i dont yell when ever i die or something bad happens. Also must use vent.
