Lagging Problem

UK Server was nice to me till yesterday.
Today every time I login to any game it give a ping about 1000.
I cannot play with this lag.
help me please.

  Same.
  
  I play in West Coast/Alpha mainly.
  
  My ping is usually 30-85.
  
  Lately I have ping spikes that occur up to 2000 at times, for a few seconds of course.
