ZP/Coupons refund?

Hi, I submitted a ticket for coupons refund as I've maden a mistaken purchase of MP5-Adv (somehow when I clicked the purchase button they charged me 10 coupons without a pop up window with description first?) How long does it take for a response? Just to make sure, since I've submitted on mid-day Saturday and haven't got a response, where is the correct place to submit it? I did it under Billings/Purchases in the support section. .
