Failed Purchase??

Hey, using my citizensbank giftcard i bought 50,000ZP for $43.17 using buddieshops. It took the money but never gave me my ZP and i havnt received a E-mail. its almost been a day now. I already made an account on buddieshops.com but didnt let me complete the transaction, it said i didnt have enough money in the card. I dont get it though, it clearly states in this picture of my transaction.

Please help. ty

Which GM looks after these ZP purchases and stuff? Its been 2 hours almost, no ones even answered. I just lost money on something i never recieved, is someone going to do something about this? This is not the first time i've made a purchase like this and its never happened before.

I've e-mailed Buddieshops.com and waiting for a response from them as well.

The exact same problem happened with me Friday night. I think Gm's do not work on weekends so you will have to wait til atleast monday. I am waiting as well, and annoyed because I used the exact same service, for the exact same amount of zp and they took $43.17 from me as well with no zp given. Send a support ticket and hope for the best tomorrow or tuesday!

To send a support thingy, I think you just click on support, look to see if it has any answers(probably doesnt) then press click her to send a question.
Thats what I did atleast..

Ironic thing, I used a citizensbank giftcard too.

leave the forums and go to games > crossfire > support > support center > web form and fill out whatever you need.

kk ty, hopefuly 1 of the GMs sees this. I dont understand how the GM's wouldnt be working on weekends when you can purchase their products 24/7.

I know what you mean, if I dont get my zp by wendesday, I am just going to assume that I have been ripped off for $50.

they do not work weekends and it takes 2+ days for a reply

patience is a virtue

of course if they dont reply after about 3-4 days or dont give any help to get your zp you could always pm saidin im sure he'll help

I am about to head to school, and sent in a reply back to them. They said they wanted my transaction number, where exactly is this found? I sent what I thought it was, but not 100% sure. A short reply would be helpful to clarify just in case I did it wrong
