Try this:
---► Start CrossFire
---► Log in and go into a Server
---► Press Alt+Ctrl+Delete
---► Go to Processes on you Task Manager
---► Right Click on the CrossFire Process
---► Go down to Set Priority
---► Set the Priority to Low
---► Close the Task Manager and go into a room and check you ping.
---► If this does not work. Then set the Priority to High or Real Time.
---► Close the Task Manager and go into a room and check you ping.
---► If this works then you will have to do this every time you start the game.
---► And yes it is Annoying to do it every time you start the game. -
I had some similar problems too. is you have wireless that is source of your problem. If not, like me lately, then it is probably some win7 network optimisation that needs to be turned off. Before I found exactly what it is, I went back to XP.
But wireless are problem on every windows platform. But it can be solved. -
