Hey, I was wondering if I could disable my TrackPad on my laptop, I don't know how to do it(if you even can)the model I have is a Dell Vostro 1500 thx to anyone who helps ^_^

they probs want to use a mouse and they have an annoying sibling or something who keeps trying to annoy them.

Yes I want to use a mouse, and yes my brother tries to annoy me(but i hit him!)and I also accidentally hit it myself at times >_<....but can anyone help?

Ok i have never owned a laptop but let me give this a longshot.

press start, go to control panel, one there double click and enter mouse settings. while there look for something along the lines "Disable Touch Pad when USB Pointing Device is present."

I would look for it myself, but i dont own one.

I went to control panel/printers and other hardware/mouse/hardware and it says nothing in their about a touch pad >.>
