For my reviews I painstakingly test to make sure what I am saying is right. The crosshairs for both weapons are exactly the same (compared screenshots side by side). Power is shooting a single bullet to the chest and seeing how much I did with each (unfortunately I have to let myself get killed to see it :P) Also spray and long range 1 shooting felt the same so logically I said there are the same stats. The rest I agree with though.
