like give me a little review of the gun

It's your basic high firing rate, low recoil gun like the M4 or XM8. Great for burst firing, and the 2x scope is good for if you are one shotting, but most of the time not scoping in is better since the cross hair bounces around a lot and it has a much slower firing rate while scoped. Overall its a great gun, I highly recommend it.

Aug on crack.

Scope in, nothing but headshots. All it depends on is you have good concentration.

Just remember the first 4!!!!! bullets you shoot, there is zero recoil!

Not really, I have high concentration, which is why I use a more challenging gun, like the AK Scope. You don't need any concentration to use a TAR since it practically does all the work for you.
