what is 'lagger'?

Lagger: noun, a term in which a person is experiencing lag or is transportation (bus, weee)

ex. omfg you lagger
commonly mistaken as BR's, although BR's do have high ping (they have an average of 170 ping), they rarely transport, but they do however seem to be harder to kill, with their "long knives". Those who transport are the ones that have 200+ (ex. Australia)

Well if someone says "lagger", they could be using it wrong, as they could be the one lagging, yet it seems everyone else is on their screen. Essentially they are calling someone else a "lagger" though. Ping is one factor, FPS can also do weird things to your movement. Sometimes lagger is used instead of tanker, and tanking is an interesting subject. Since it's normally your own ping that is causing the other playing to tank your bullets.
