how to send report?

srry i dont use z8site that much but how do you send a report?

me and a friend were playing yesterday, were were doing really good, until this noob said, "u guys a hackers, screw this im turning on my hack"...though he was playing around but ends up he kills everyone with 1 shot, i got replay to prove..here is a pic, he didnt turn on his hack at first but then later he did, everyone tried to kick him but denied...anyways gr still won
