Ok I want some opinions.
My old account got stolen, It was a captain.
I dont think im ever going to get it back because z8games wants 2 ZP Transaction codes
I just got done PMing them that I deleted all the Emails Containing the codes >.<
But I gave them THE FREAKING EMAIL >.<
You think there a little overprotective with the Code thingy? Cause I never knew people could see your Email now that it has all those XX.XX.XX.XX.XX.XX's Blocking the email.(without periods)
So yeah, Im real Mad at z8. Ive been on this game for almost a year, and I dont feel like playing another year to get back my Captain rank.
Then again my Family said they dont like seeing me all stressed out like this so Im getting a Gaming Computer and $800 to spend on an online game -.- My clan is also stressing real bad so i made a new account for my clan so i could get news to them. My Computer that I was using broke.. Using a friends atm.
Im thinking about making another account, therefor I can make a new clan that would fit my name. >.>
So what you think I Should do?
Wait and Hope Z8games would stop being overworked? Which might be like 4months til they change stupid policies >.<
You think I should just stop wishing for my Old Account and Start a New One?
What Should I Tell My Clan Members?
You think Quitting a Captain account for a Trainee +800Dollars and a Gaming Laptop. Worth it?.. I mean I spent about 650Dollars worth of zp on My Captain >.>
You think I should Spend another $650 And Commit to a Game I just Got screwed on?
I cant believe z8 would make me have to prove my own account that I reported getting stolen. -.- Plus Told them my Email that was Used. -.-
So please tell me what you think cause im real stressed.

Personally, z8 has awful customer support.
If you've been playing for more than a year now, and you sent them the email, how COULD they not realize it's your account.
I mean, I would just move on from Crossfire itself, stay to CSS and AVA.

Sorry about your account dude. Why don't you get all the LT. of Noc[at]chu to propose a leader kick? I think they can do that right?. well anyway, try that secret question thing. You put alot of time into that account. As far as Z8's customer support goes, It's pretty terrible. I sent in a question asking if a new patch is coming(this was a while back)(pre-U.K. Server) and they sent back a response saying that the U.K. server is coming soon enough.

I'd wait for Z8's response and then do whatever I'm going to do. One thing is for sure - it sux hard :mad:! It will take hell lot of time to rank up again.
Another option is to buy someone's account with the 800$ available. For example mine :rolleyes:.

I just came up with a solution(maybe)! Please tell me you used PayPal! If so go to your PayPal account. There you can see all your transactions. Like this:
