Do u know CF is the MOST famous online FPS in Vietnam? (I'm Viet). CSS is popular too, but we just play vs friends. We don't have good graphic cards, even computers/internet like u guys, so CF is the best choice. Viet people usually play games internet stores (stores provide suck azz computers with internet connected). It's also the 1st online FPS.
VN CF is loaded with tooooooons of hackerz. If someone hack, they will turn on hack to pwn back. But there're some real pro player you can't beat.

They know that those of us in the NA have ZERO interest playing w/ the BR players. Now they have statical evidence of what we have all said all along. Why don't they just do what we all want and either A. Make a NA server, if you're IP is anything but NA BOOT. B. Make a PING filter for some servers if you're ping clears 100 on the east coast servers BOOT. C. BAN the BR's, they did it in combat arms when they discovered that most the hacking was occurring in Brazil. D. Give the br's a server and IP lock them out of the rest of the servers, You people want to hack? Great go hack on each other all day.
As is I find more people speaking spanish than English and when the average ping on many servers is 250 its NOT acceptable. Give the NA players a server that is refuge from these people or I fear you won't have many legit players left before long.
