Does anyone have any tips on how to rank up quikly?!

This may seem kind of obvious, but play well. If you can guarantee yourself MVP every game you play, that's a ton of extra XP. If you feel like spending a little ZP, grab an EXP+ item. They're not much, and you can easily get enough to buy one through the surveys.

so I am under the impression that you HAVEN'T HAD m12s yet, am I right? so with an m16/m4/AK74/P90, I believe you'd better buy some exp+ zp item (but I doubt it, b/c if you can buy ZP, why creating another account just for M12s? ), or some illegal way...........................

Depending on your rank buy a beret.
Buy a SAS and use the XM face mask for +10 exp
Buy 50%+ exp

Buy either, an ak-47, m12s, or kriss

Play 12 min. TD egypt constantly till you reach your desired rank

and to answer your other question: MVP is the player that deals the most damage
