Recording need better fps!!!!

Hey, I started recording with xfire yesterday and my fps sucked but i had to keep it on because i kept getting called hack in gm. Anyway does anyone know how i can get a better fps while recording.

nah, aint got the money for fraps yet just wanted to upload some games before i make any sort of montage.

If you aint got the money for it you could always download it from a torrent site.

Yeah true but i cba to be honest lol. Alot of people think i hack i done WOGL to prove i don't some people now belive me but i just wanted to make a few quick vids today to show i don't. The one yesterday was in gm because noobs were screaming hacka and form there i done BS becoz of low fps.
