Usually I would do my annual flame johnny type post, But I'll stick to a few solid things I wanna say.
Now, I know its 'NONE' of my business, but as you know...I don't care.
You guys talked all about " oh we going to build chem, we gonna be good "
In order to do that you need to keep striving and not quit every time you get raged/baited ( goes for both you; Johnny/Gurp ) Baiting comes natural from player-styles.
You gotta learn to play together and play for the team. Do you both wanna be good or do you want your team to be good? Try working on something where gurp is pulling the fakes @ long-A where the other 4 ( guessing its a 5v5 ) work a slow B pick-2rush or a straight B push. Let gurp work the rotates and pick easy frags while you guys push in site. also "not checking a corner/site " comes along with the practice you need to gain by playing. I'd be down to drop a alt and work with ya'll if you want.
TL;DR; You Fuc.ks need to suck it up. -

I agree with dren.
But Jonny just quits if he looses one game he's a great person but his rage affects our game style.
I wonder what would happen if he gets married and his wife didnt do one thing right like
sweep the kitchen because she forgot to

With the way you rage at others, get mad over the smallest things (baiting in a video game for example) and call other's names and/or asterisks; I would say you wouldn't know how to treat a female either.
What Dren said applies to a lot of clans that have ragers. Loveless was obviously one of them. If you realize is just a game, and that there's more to life than getting a frag in a scrim, you'll have more fun and you won't be such a jerk to others.
Just my thoughts.
