I'll try.
I'm guessing when you start your computer a message pops up saying your computer will shutdown in X amount of time.

Open your Start Menu > All Programs > Find the Start Up folder > Delete the file that is doing this.

Sorry, If this doesn't help you. You didn't explain your circumstances so I'm basically guessing what happened.

Gradually, overtime, lower it's confidence and mental state, tell it one thing, then tell it the opposite. Tell it you never told it the first thing, and that it's actually going crazy. Tell it Frosted Shreddies makes you go poo, but so does salad.

It will eventually leave you alone, but then you'll get tired, and lonely, without good ol' Deadeye....
