How to count points clan?

I wonder how the operation of the point count of the clan and also kill and death.

every 500 exp you earn = 1 clan point

but you have to stay in the same server

And because the POINTS LOG sometimes becomes negative?

ex.

2010-04-16 817 9 826
2010-04-16 826 -42 784 (because this value was negative?)
2010-04-15 809 8 817

You lose like 5% of your clan points each week. So thats why you lost 42 points. KTHNXBAI!
