So kill per game is: 1481056/12681 ~ 116 kills per game
KDR: 1481056/23870 ~ 62:1
HeadShotRatio: 1366478/1481056 = 92.2%

I mean, could someone show a proper way to do this?

Based on my experience, Over 50 kills per TDM need a good assaulter, over 10:1 ratio need carefully camping and luckily teammate covers your back when necessary. But this two can not combined.

Honestly, if I saw someone like this in a game, I will call for vote, then if vote would not success, I would quit and change another game......

OK, hes probably confused.
Heres how he does it:
Get 15 people and kill them over and over again for 60 kills, giving you 1100 exp a round in a very short time.
