9 hours, why a baby? O:
6 is more than enough, (sleep is for the weak :P)

+6 Hours sleep.
+5 Hours crossfire.
+2 Hours workout.
+1 Hour of food+bathroom.
+5 Hours GF/Wife.
+5 Hours work (which is too much, i am following the 4-hour workweek)

And i am not kidding or being unrealistic ;]
(me think 5 hours is alot but still you can live with it ;])
