Alternate ZP purchase Methods~

I've purchased ZP with those 20$ Ultimate Game Cards, but then I realized I waste 1.50$ everytime I purchase one. Is there a way that I can use every single cent on the UGC?
I don't want to more money to be wasted everytime I buy more~

Or are there any other ways of buying ZP effectively?

I can't use credit cards or SMS method cause I'm not old enough.

make an account on playspan use ur 20$ ugc there and u save the points to buy other stuff too add me if i helped me if you dont' understand i did what u did and i found a way to buy the same card and use the $1.50 for free 7 day exp

Oh yeah, I forgot about playspan, but it seems complicated though..

ive used plenty of ugc's through z8 site, and on ugc site, they say i can use those points, is there no way how? if not, i want a refund.
